We specialise in the design and implementation of whole-of-community (or school) approaches that empowers and builds local capacity to deliver sustainable outcomes (see below).

Schools, teachers, wellbeing leaders and educational communities also access individual or collective components of the IMPACT Program for the following purposes:

To Respond to Students With Complex Needs (or From Vulnerable Backgrounds)

If you are interested in:

  • Personalising or differentiating education, wellbeing and social-emotional learning to the specific needs and context of students.
  • Individually responding to the developmental, growth, trauma and wellbeing needs of individual and collective students.
  • Growing student capacity, through a side-by-side coaching based approach (and intentional coaching conversations).
  • Intentionally supporting students acquire core wellbeing, resilience and social-emotional learning skills.
  • Implementing intentional teaching approaches.
  • Designing and implementing intentional growth plans for individual and collective students (around any wellbeing, growth or developmental outcome).

Training and Coaching on Trauma-Responsive Practice (and Developmental/Attachment Trauma)

If you are interested in:

  • Understanding the impact of trauma and then implement trauma-informed practice as mapped to individual student developmental needs and context.
  • Moving trauma-informed practice beyond just “awareness” or knowledge, and supporting its consolidation as a “set of skills and mindsets” within your school community.

Whole-Of-School (or Site) Approach

LBI Foundation have developed, refined and tested the whole-of-school implementation of the IMPACT Program for educational settings. This is captured through the Resilient IMPACT Community Development Stream.

Resilient IMPACT includes the intentional delivery of IMPACT Program components and services, as co-designed with educational communities around local outcomes.
